Our History

Chris Patti was appointed as the CEO of Atrium in October of 2023, and has had a successful career in commercial distribution businesses in both the scientific and automotive industries. Chris spent the first 9 years of his career at VWR International before moving into the automotive industry where he held leadership roles at Keystone Automotive Operations and LKQ. Most recently, he was the CEO of KSI Auto Parts, a private equity-backed company.

Chris is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and continues to root for his childhood sports teams in New York.

Ken has been CFO of Atrium since October 2022, and has extensive general and financial management experience across a variety of industries. Ken spent 26 years at the Scott Fetzer Company, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, holding various positions including VP of Finance and CFO.  He has also held diverse leadership roles in general management and operations of industrial, consumer products and medical device companies. Since 2017 he has been the CFO of private equity backed companies in industrial and transportation products manufacturing, including a successful exit as CFO of Morbark LLC. Ken began his career and spent over 8 years at Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Ken is a CPA and graduate of John Carroll University and is an avid and perpetually frustrated Cleveland sports fan.

As the VP of mergers and acquisitions for Atrium, Brendan oversees the lead sourcing, diligence, and integration for potential partners. Brendan is the primary point of contact for any owners interested in learning more about joining the Atrium family. Prior to joining Atrium, Brendan was a Manager in Ernst and Young’s transaction advisory practice and previously had spent time in the firm’s audit practice. Brendan is a Certified Public Accountant.

A native of Philadelphia, PA, Brendan is a graduate of Boston College, and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and supporting Philadelphia sports teams.

Robert Sanchez brings over 20 years’ experience to Atrium and is responsible for its Human Resources, Corporate Risk, and Fleet Management. Robert has held senior leadership roles with public, privately held, and private equity-backed organizations across several industries including health care, pharmaceutical manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, and energy. Robert joined Atrium in 2023 after serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at PartsSource, Inc.

Robert holds a B.S. in Management and a M.S. in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University.  Robert spends time coaching and participating in youth sports leagues with his three daughters and enjoys restoring classic cars.

Harneet joined the Atrium team in October 2022 and is responsible for driving best practices in marketing and category management. Prior to joining Atrium, Harneet spent over 13 years in wholesale distribution and retail ecommerce at Keystone Automotive Operations, a division of LKQ, a Fortune 500 company.

She earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India, and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. In her spare time, Harneet likes to read, travel, and cook with her family.

Sheldon Lennox joined Atrium in December of 2021 through the acquisition of Service Professor. Sheldon started his career with Price Waterhouse as a tax consultant, progressing to positions in PW’s National office as a leader of tax, training and technology. After a stint in the National office of Ernst & Young, Sheldon successfully assisted the Michigan-based accounting firm, Plante & Moran to catch up to the Big 8. He spent his next 25 years assisting various entities, privately held and non-profit, as a Fractional CTO/CIO.

Sheldon is a proud graduate of Central Michigan University. A travel aficionado, he has visited every US state except Alaska, and he enjoys golf and riding his motorcycle. Most importantly, he is a ‘girl dad’.

Josh Bigelow joined Atrium in November of 2022. Prior to that, Josh founded and operated Great Dane Heating & Air Conditioning in Clinton Township, MI. Josh is simultaneously proud and humbled by the brand and the second family he has built at Great Dane over 25 years.

Josh spent 16 years as a volunteer Firefighter in his local community; today he serves as the Commander of an Emergency Response Vehicle on the track of the Detroit Grand Prix. Josh’s goal is to continue to “LOVE” going to work every day with his 200-lb Great Dane dog, Gamble, and enjoy life on the lake with his better half, Dawn and their daughter, Charliann.

As the General Manager of the West MI/IL markets, Dan is responsible for 3 brands across 5 locations in Western Michigan and Northern Chicago, offering residential HVAC, plumbing, sewer, and electrical services. Dan has 20 years of experience in the home services industry, starting as an electrical apprentice after graduating high school. After achieving his Journeyman Electrician license, Dan grew into various leadership roles such as Electrical Manager, GM of Service Professor, and VP of Operations at Atrium before taking on his current role in 2022.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family that includes his wife Nicki and children Weston, Lainey, Vaughn and Mia.

As the general manager of the Cleveland market, Mike is focused on enhancing the overall customer experience, processes, and growth initiatives that will bring new services to the Cleveland market. Mike has 32 years of leadership experience in property management, maintenance, and construction.

Mike earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Akron. Mike completed the Executive Director Education Program at Rutgers University and holds certifications in Lean Ohio, OSHA 30, Lead Based Paint Renovator and a HUD Housing Inspector. Mike’s other interests include spending time with family, golfing and traveling.
